87th Academy Awards - Red Carpet

Our favourite looks from the 2015 Oscars...so many gorgeous celebs and gowns, these were our top 10!

Zoe's Atelier Versace blush pink gown is simple but elegant. A nice contrast between the fitted bodice and flowy skirt, and styled with just the right amount of frosting.

Love the colour and neckline of Anna's beautiful Thakoon Gown... She looks perfectly balanced, glowing in fact in youthful beauty.

Lupita's red carpet choice did not disappoint and on this night she looked divine! The custom Calvin Klein gown features a heavily embellished bodice, with reports saying over 6,000 natural pearls were used in the making of this dress (source: New York Times)!

Naomi, another Red Carpet favourite wore a stunning metallic piece by Armani, She looked stylishly chic in the glittery silver gown, complete with dark nails and lips. The construction of the dress was interesting in that there was a crop top element in the design (which we loved), very on-trend.

Emma sparkled in Elie Saab's lime green gown, and wore her gorgeous hair swept to the side in soft  romantic waves and bold red lips. The thigh-high split was a feature, as well as the super low back cut. Bombshell material right here!
Emma Stone in Elie Saab
Another gorgeous Zuhair Murad gown as worn by Anna on the night. Beautifully styled with relaxed soft waves and minimal accessories. We are massive fans of Zuhair Murad and will never get tired of big sparkly gowns that remind us of fairytales & princesses (in a very good way!).

Margo's deep plunge gown by Saint Laurent was simple and sleek. The vintage Van Cleef & Arpels necklace was perfection and complimented her outfit beautifully.
Margot Robbie, in Saint Laurent
Rita's Marchesa gown could not be any more dramatic. She looked perfectly stunning. The mermaid gown was well fitted, elegant and sexy. Just love her style and her ability to amaze, always.

Jlo wore a breathtaking Elie Saab masterpiece. The perfect cut of the bodice, the exquisite embellishments and layers of tulle... this dress is magical to say the least.

2014 Primetime Emmy Awards - Red Carpet Favourites

Love seeing what celebs are wearing on the Red Carpet, and the 66th Primetime Emmys did not dissapoint! These are a few of my favourites from the night, you can see the whole coverage at Style.

Sophia Vergara looks like a goddess in this structured Roberto Cavalli gown. I especially love the mermaid skirt and lines on the bodice. Her trademark hourglass shape is accentuated well by the flawless fit.

Halle Berry looks sexy as ever showing of some leg in this high split Elie Saab creation.

What a stunning couple, Matthew McConaughey looks handsome as ever, but Camila Alves steals the limelight in this gorgeous white lace gown by Zuhair Murad.

I'm always a big fan of dramatic, voluminous skirts and am so into two-piece dresses right now. Sarah Hyland looks just lovely in Christian Siriano.

Another high-impact voluminous skirt in the mermaid style, Keke Palmer looks amazing in the royal blue gown by Rubin Singer.

Still love high splits, especially ones that show a textured under-skirt and has sparkles. Kerry Washington looks alluring in Prada.

Mute toned embellished dresses are an all-time favourite and is never out of style. Taylor Schilling looks glamorous in Zuhair Murad Couture, although I do with she chose a bolder lip colour.

This is an interesting Versace creation worn by Gwen Stefani. It has a very modern, sophisticated look about it with metal panel detailing at the bust.

Grammys 2014 Red Carpet

I love seeing what celebs are wearing on the red carpet before a huge ceremony! The 56th Grammy Awards was on last Sunday, and here are my favourite looks from the night.

Beyonce stole the show in this Michael Costello Gown made of white lace. The gown was mostly sheer with nude lining, a favored style among celebs and runways lately.

Christine Teigen looked stunning in this metallic sequined dress. The gold really complements her skin-tone, and she wore this gown well by keeping accessories to a minimum.

Ciara showed off her baby bump in this beautiful nude toned dress with a train. I love the embroidery of the fabric, and her loosly tousled hair.

Anna Kendrick opted for a sexy Azzaro peephole gown with a split. Her hair was parted and combed to one side with voluminous waves, looking the part of a classic Hollywood bombshell.

E! Host Giulana Rancic chose this bright and bold Alex Perry lace gown, and kept her look elegant with hair sleeked back.

Katy Perry looks like she just stepped out of a fairytale in this nude Valentino tulle gown. I do love the sheerness and the added musical touch, its very her.

Kelly Ozbourne looks sophisticated in this edgy black Badgley Mishcka gown.

I had to put this one in. Pharrell Williams has always been a huge crush of mine since high-school. Not only is he super talented in his music, he is undoubtedly stylish and just always had swag. He even looks cool and sort of badass with this big over-sized vintage Vivienne Westwood hat that no-one else could possibly pull off. This hat made headlines that night and is an internet sensation with its own twitter account @Pharrellhat before the ceremony was over. You can read more on it in this article.

2014 Golden Globe Awards - Red Carpet Looks

Red Carpet looks at the 2014 Golden Globes

Cate Blanchett looks stunning in this Armani Lace Gown. I am always a fan of french lace garments, especially those with black lace over nude lining. The look is timeless, and never really goes out of style. The sheer look is very on trend, and seem to be a popular choice for cocktail gowns and wedding dresses this year.

The sweetheart neckline is always a winner, and can be worn with any body type. Kate Beckinsale in Zuhair Murad's figure-hugging chrome mermaid gown is another favorite. The dress is so well fitted with the right amount of sparkle, she looks perfectly glamorous.

Sofia is usually seen in fitted mermaid dresses but has chosen a voluminous outfit for this event. I love how she adds a splash of colour using a standout statement necklace, her overall look is simple yet beautifully dramatic.
Sofia Vergara in Zac Posen

The striking Versace gown as worn by Amber Heard looks goddess-like with the perfect split.

Olivia Wilde looks amazing in this Gucci figure-hugging gown, showing off her baby bump in emerald sequins and lightly tousled hair.

I do like the metallic print in Andrew Gn's gown worn by Julianna Margulies. She has kept the focus being on the gown itself with her hair up and accessories to a minimum, nicely done.

Kaley Cuoco looks sweet in this Rani Zakhem's floral print corset gown. There is something so romantic and fairytale-like about this look that I keep coming back to it.

Anna Gunn's gown by Donna Karen features a fabulously draped train. I love the low back style and the dreamy look.

Red seems to be a standout choice for the red carpet. Lauren Parsekian looks like an absolute bombshell in this v-cut Burberry mermaid gown with mid-split, perfectly teamed with nude lips.

Emma Watson's interesting Dior half-dress looks plain and almost drab at first glance, however the back of the dress is anything but. Completely open revealing her bare back and the black pants she wore underneath, this outfit is a daring and bold choice.
